Our installation technicians are factory trained and have years of experience working within a hospital environment. They’re efficient at their job, courteous to staff and patients and we pride ourselves on leaving the installation area cleaner than when we arrived.

Service Includes

  • Unpack mounts/carts, monitors, CPU or thin client devices, laptops, keyboards, mice, etc.
  • Assemble and install products and accessories and prepare for hardware installation
  • Tailor configurations to user’s specific hardware
  • Install Wall Mounts AND all IT hardware (monitors, CPU/Thin Client, etc.) on mounts/COWs ready for Go-Live when we are completed
  • Adjust all product movements (counterbalance per weight of hardware)
  • Route and organize cabling
  • Note: All product, accessories and customer supplied hardware must be available at time of scheduled installation. System power and voice data set-up are the responsibility of customer.
  • Follow up: Contact to ensure satisfaction after completion of integration
  • Thirty-day warranty, starts on final day of service visit
